Do I need a license code?
Yes, in order to access the My ePCR app, you must have a valid license code.
License codes can be purchased by contacting us.
If you are already a paying customer and are having problems with your license code(s) or wish to change the amount you already have, please get in touch by raising a ticket through your customer portal and a member of the team will be in touch shortly.
Unfortunately, we are only to decrease the number of license codes you have while you are in contract with us.
