How do I make a complaint?

We're sorry you feel a complaint is needed however we know mistakes happen and that's why we have made it super easy for you to let us know.

If something didn't go quite the way you wanted it to, give us a chance to rectify it by raising a ticket to us from your customer portal and selecting the 'Complaint' option. Alternatively give us a call on 01980 345850 and a member of the team will raise this for you on your behalf.

Our complaints department aim to respond to all complaints within 5-10 working days.
