How does the app work?

After logging in, our app works completely offline until the point of submission.

Once you have activated your device (using the provided license code) and logged in, you will be directed to the main menu.

From this main menu screen, you can start a new record or view your currently unsubmitted records. By starting a new record, you will be taken into the heart of the app and displayed with varying categories allowing you to complete your patient report form, completely offline. 

Each page is automatically saved to your devices secure, offline database every time you navigate back from a page.

Once you have completed filling out the form, mark it as complete using the green button at the bottom of the page. This record will now turn yellow, on your submitted records page, allowing you to submit it to the admin dashboard.

After submitting your patient record, it will ask you whether you wish to export it. By exporting the record, you can choose to print or save it.

My Software Group Ltd. takes no responsibility for any records which are exported and saved onto customer devices.

You MUST have an active internet connection in order for the patient record to submit. If you do not have an internet connection, the app will not allow you to submit the record.
