What happens when I submit a record?
All your records are stored and transported securely via our third-party UK based server provider.
Upon submitting a patient record, it will be sent securely to our third-party UK based servers.
Your company admins can then log into their personalised dashboard to view and export each submitted record. Learn more out the company dashboard by selecting the 'My Operations' tab on the left.
Although our app works completely offline, users must have a valid license code, an active account and an internet connection in order for the record submission to complete.
